Ok, the concensus is that this is a real picture of Heath Ledger doing a kickflip over Christian Bale on-set for the Dark Knight. There's no evidence of photoshopping, the costumes are spot-on, and there are videos on YouTube of the Joker skateboarding on set (Plus Heath was a known skater). All-in-all, great shot!
